Sound Healing 1:1 session
A fully tailored session where we spend some time at the start in consultation, with discussion and tea. We will uncover any issues that need to be addressed in the physical and emotional body and then we will set intention and begin a customised sound healing.
During this session there will be use of any or all of the following: tuning forks, essential oils, medicine drum, crystal bowls, chimes, shakers, crystals and harp. Reiki may also be included. The session will take place in The Sound Temple in a rural setting.

Full Frequency Upgrade
A full reset for the nervous system and a frequency upgrade. This is a fully customised 1:1 treatment where I spend time in consultation with you over a herbal tea and then tune in to bring through a personalised and unique experience. The treatment will include Aromatouch, Reiki and Sound and by tuning in to your energy and bringing the nervous system into a state of balance and calm.

The Sound Temple Hire

The Sound Temple is a beautiful 8m Belle tent located under two walnut trees in rural Matapihi, minutes from Mount Maunganui. Private land with ample parking. No noise restrictions, use of the mats, blankets and eye pillows. Composting toilet and tea/coffee making facilities.

New and Full Moon
Sound Bath
This is a two hour sacred fire ceremony and sound bath with cacao. These circles are held in the Sound Temple and on the land surrounding, we gather round the fire for a powerful ceremony to set intentions and prepare the participants for a deep sound journey.
Each event is individually curated, making best use of the opportunity to work intentionally in flow with the planetary alignments and realize the incredible potential that comes with the various phases of the moon.
The sound bath can consist of any of the following: tuning forks, essential oils, medicine drum, crystal bowls, chimes, shakers, crystals and harp. Reiki may also be included.
After the sound bath the circle is closed and our guests have the opportunity to drift off home or to stay and share. Those who stay will be invited to journal, chat and have a sleepy tea together to unpack the experience.
The new moon is a time of new beginnings and is perfect for sowing seeds of new intention.
The full moon brings a natural conclusion to past cycles and it is a time to let go of that which no longer serves.

Private Sound Journey Groups for 10 people
A private sound bath for your group celebration, birthday or mothers blessing. Any occasion will be uniquely curated and the belle tent decorated with fresh flowers and seasonal foliage.
A tailored ceremony for your occasion, for up to 10 people.
During this session there will be use of any or all of the following: tuning forks, essential oils, medicine drum, crystal bowls, chimes, shakers, crystals and harp.

Tea Ceremony
This is a beautiful opportunity to take time out to come into stillness and presence. In a two hour tea ceremony, designed and curated with your input to suit your intentions. Options for Chinese tea include White, Green, Oolong, Black and Sheng Puerh tea.
Non-caffeinated options can include Blue Lotus and Rose tea ceremonies. All will include the highest quality tea, carefully sourced organic and artisan. Natural and premium incense and the highest frequency essential oils and essences are offered. Runes and oracle cards can be included, as can poetry reading, crafted playlists and sound. Sacred and protected space is created and an opportunity for presence and sharing or sacred silence and reflection.
