My journey into wellness began in 2015 through the study of reiki. Over time, sound healing naturally evolved into my life, a path shared by many healers awakening to this modality worldwide.
Sound is not just a treatment; it is a pathway to deeper self awareness, embodiment, and spiritual awakening. My work is about creating the space for others to heal themselves and step into the next phase of their journey.

Ruth Holden’s path into sound healing was
a profound spiritual awakening.
Following a period of deep physical and emotional transformation, her intuition guided her toward sound, vibration, and frequency as tools for healing. What began as personal restoration became a calling to support others.
Today, Ruth holds space for others to experience that same remembrance and alignment.

Inspired by sound temples such as the Pyramids of Chi in Bali, Ruth carries a vision of creating a purpose built sound healing sanctuary in New Zealand.
Built on sacred geometry and the Golden Ratio, this future space would serve as a beacon for healing, coherence, and collective restoration.
